    Dog Gone Marketing

    Pilot Point Coffee House

    Jimerson Adkins has a background in technology and marketing. In 2018, he moved his web development agency, Dog Gone Marketing to Pilot Point. This company specializes in web design, marketing automations, and Search Engine Optimization.
    In 2020, Jimerson opened the Pilot Point Coffee House on the Pilot Point Square with a goal of offering high quality beverages and a mission to bring the community together through events. Adkins' dedication to his mission made a huge positive impact on the Pilot Point Community and in 2022, he was awarded the Pilot Point Chamber of Commerce New Business Award.

    Lisa Cave is the Branch Manager at PointBank. Her personability makes it easy for her to build relationships with the business community. Lisa is passionate about bringing businesses together and she believes it to be the central key in helping local businesses flourish. She prides herself as a leader in life and in work; she enjoys participating in volunteerism through community events and stands with community leaders to bring about the support and recognition in every aspect of the Pilot Point Community. Cave serves as Chair of Fundraising/Events Committee, Board Member of Pilot Point Education Foundation, Board Secretary/Board Member of Hearts for Homes, and Member of Lake Ray Roberts Rotary Club. Something extra special about Lisa is that she has a heart for animals and has been rescuing them for over 30 years

    Katie Scott
    Treasurer
    Pilot Point Neighborhood Events

    Katie is the Co-Founder and Secretary/Treasurer of Pilot Point Neighborhood Events, Inc. and Association Project Manager for the National Athletic Trainers' Association. Pilot Point Neighborhood Events is a non-profit organization supporting other local non-profits through mission projects and local neighborhood events such as Pilot Point Oktoberfest. Katie has over 10 years of experience as an association leader in non-profit management and enjoys combining her skill set and passion for servant leadership into her day-to-day work. 

    In May of 2023, Katie earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential designated to those who demonstrate knowledge essential to the practice of association management. Katie is also a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and enjoys continuing to utilize her training in sports medicine. 
    Katie enjoys spending time in volunteer service, most recently volunteering in various roles for ASAE, Texas Society of Association Executives (TSAE), the City of Pilot Point and Midway Church. She was recently recognized by TSAE with the 2022 Young Professional Leadership Award for exemplary service and leadership demonstrated in benefit to the state.
    When she is not working or volunteering, you'll find Katie outdoors with her family and enjoys an active lifestyle.

    Texas Tammy
    Secretary
    Texas Tammy® - Owner of Texas T Realty Team w/Century 21

    Howdy y'all, meet Tammy Francois, otherwise known as Texas Tammy! Her mission is to help families build wealth through real estate. She specializes in Land, Farm & Ranch, Veterans, and First-time home buyers. Texas Tammy considers her work a blessing because her amazing clients have become friends and a strong part of her referral network. Since living in Pilot Point, she has built strong partnerships with much of the business community and also become heavily involved within the community doing collaboration videos with Visit Pilot Point, the Pilot Point Chamber of Commerce, and many other small business owners to spotlight our beautiful community of Pilot Point. 

    Texas Tammy and her husband are usually working out with their Camp Gladiator friends doing spartan races, obstacle course races, hikes, and athletic competitions. She can also be found entertaining right dab in the heart of our Pilot Point Square karaoking, two steppin', and DJing as Texas T at the Pilot Point Coffee House.

  • Brian Murrell
    BNT Financial

    Brian is a Navy Veteran and fairly new resident of Pilot Point. He and his wife (Tracey) have a Life and Health Agency called BNT Financial, “Blowing up Myth about Life Insurance with information, education, and Implementation.” BNT Financial offers individuals, families, and business owners' assistance in building their financial freedom and focuses to substitute certainty for uncertainty in the areas of: Business Continuity Planning, Executive Compensation Plans, Private Retirement Strategies, and Estate Equalization Strategies. Murrell specializes in assisting with development and implementation of safe money strategies designed to protect and maximize the value of his clients' assets. On the health side, he educates seniors turning 65 on their options for Medicare Supplement Insurance. His business strives to become an invaluable resource for each and every client.

    Brian is an elected official; Pilot Point City Councilman Place 4. In his spare time, he enjoys being a member of the Lake Ray Roberts Rotary Club and serves on the Board of Assessment Committee.

  • Corey Haughton
    Haughton Law Group

    A lifelong resident of the Aubrey Pilot Point area, Corey Haughton’s roots in the community run deep. After graduating in 1979 and earning her Bachelor of Science from Liberty University in 1986, she dedicated her life to her Lord and Savior, family, education, and community service.
    She is known for her 20-year career at Pilot Point ISD, where she was a pioneer and an advocate for academic innovation, operating Haughton Science and Math Camps for 10 years and launching the elementary STEM program in 2019. In 2011 Corey was recognized statewide as the Region 11 Outstanding Teacher of the Year by the Texas Association for the Gifted and
    Talented (TAGT).
    Since retiring from teaching in 2022, she has channeled her passion for organization into civic and ministerial leadership. She currently serves as a Board Member for Watch Station Ministries, a non-profit charitable organization founded by her father, Wayne Carrigan and previously served as Denton County Republican Party Vice Chair for Fundraising where she earned both the Chairman’s Award (2019) and Volunteer of the Year (2020). Her commitment to service continues through her active membership in the Pilot Point Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, and the historic 19th Century Club.
    Corey currently brings her years of organizational and administrative expertise and to Haughton Law Group, working alongside her husband, John Haughton providing legal services to North Texas.
    As a founding member of Midway Church, she remains active in small group Bible studies and enjoys spending time with friends and above all, she treasures her family—including her three children and their spouses, and her five grandchildren—continuing the legacy of faith and community.

    Pilot Point Municipal Development District

    Denise is the Executive Director of Pilot Point Economic Development, where her strategic vision and economic acumen contributes to the sustainable growth of the region. She encourages the creation of jobs, improves quality of life and engages with local business owners to facilitate a strong local economy. With a 30-year career spanning marketing, advertising, public relations, entrepreneurism and community service, Denise has consistently demonstrated a passion for making a positive impact on both business and community.

    A graduate of Pacific Lutheran University and the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute, Denise's academic foundation laid the groundwork for a career marked by continuous learning and development. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Denise finds joy and fulfillment in her love for family, friends, and community engagement. Her dedication to community service is further underscored by her role as a Rotarian and her service on the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Denise's commitment to making a positive impact goes beyond the boardroom, as she actively participates in various community initiatives, reflecting her genuine love for the Pilot Point community she proudly calls home.

    In her leisure time, you can find Denise cheering on her favorite football teams, enjoying the vibrant north Texas culture, and relishing the moments spent with her loved ones. A professional with a heart for service and a zest for life, Denise stands as a testament to the power of leadership, community, and a genuine passion for making a difference.

    Greg Pelzel
    PointBank

    Greg Pelzel has been a member of the Pilot Point Community for 58 years. He is the Vice President Commercial Banker at PointBank.  Pelzel is a member of the Lake Ray Roberts Rotary Club and the organizer of the Gridiron Fellowship Breakfast. The Gridiron Fellowship Breakfast invites Bearcat fans to join the team for breakfast at 6am every Thursday morning of football season at Buff's Grill. This has proven a great benefit to our Bearcats in the way of enabling athletes to practice public speaking.

    Jennifer Ishmael
    Lone Star Lodge Resort & Marina

    Jennifer Ishmael is the General Manager and Event Coordinator at Lone Star Lodge Resort and Marina. Since 2014, Jennifer has guided Lone Star Lodge and Marina through growth and change, making it a cherished destination. She coordinates weddings, reunions, and celebrations with care and precision, ensuring each event is memorable.

    Her passion for service extends beyond work—she has served on her church’s mission board and international missions team. As wife and mother to veterans and a police officer, service defines her family’s values.

    Jennifer’s entrepreneurial ventures across states and countries shaped her resilience and broadened her perspective.

    Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, nature, birdwatching, fishing with her husband, and cherishing time with her family, her greatest joy.

    Kailey Rice Hjelmgren
    Starbright Center for the Arts

     

    Kailey Rice Hjelmgren is the Founder and Artistic Director of Starbright Center for the Arts, where she leads arts education, performance programming, and community events serving Pilot Point and surrounding communities. She is a classically trained vocalist with over 15 years of voice training and holds a double major in Music (Vocal Performance) and American Sign Language Interpreting, along with a minor in Musical Theater from Goshen College.

    Kailey is passionate about building strong community partnerships, supporting local families and businesses, and expanding access to high-quality arts education. Through Starbright, she works to strengthen Pilot Point’s cultural landscape while creating opportunities for students of all ages to grow creatively and professionally.

    When she isn't at Starbright, she loves to spend her time singing (of course!), cooking and baking, doing crafty things, relaxing with family and friends, and adventuring.

    Lenette Cox
    City of Pilot Point

    Lenette Cox has been with the City of Pilot Point since 2011. She began in the Utility Billing Department and was promoted to Main Street Director in 2014 where she began organizing events such as the Easter Egg Hunt, Hot Rods and Heroes Car Show, Bonnie and Clyde Days, and Christmas on the Square. In August 2020, she was appointed City Secretary by the City Council.
    Lenette is also a member of the Lake Ray Roberts Rotary Club. She moved to Pilot Point in 2013,
    but had been coming here to visit her grandparents her entire life. She is a proud supporter of
    local events and small businesses.

    In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family,
    reading, and traveling.

    Patti Wilson
    Friends of the Library

    Patti Wilson is a retired educator who has served as a business teacher, school counselor, and administrator. Since moving to Pilot Point in 2018, she has become a dedicated volunteer in the Pilot Point community. Patti advocates for the Pilot Point Community Library serving as secretary and scholarship coordinator for Friends of the Library, serves on the Main Street Board, and is active in her church. She supports the “shop local” concept by encouraging others to also frequent local merchants. Patti is a member of City Center Churches, a group of Pilot Point residents who gather monthly to consider ideas for community improvement. With the help of City Center Churches, she facilitated bringing the nonprofit Lovepacs to the Pilot Point schools. She also participates in the Lake Ray Roberts Rotary Club, the 19th Century Club, and Friends of the Opera House. Patti is an avid reader, loves to garden, and loves to take RV road trips with her husband and their two King Charles Cavaliers.

    Raymond David
    PointBank, Past Chamber President

    Raymond David, Sr., is the CEO of PointBank and has been an active, life-long member of the Pilot Point community.  His roots in Pilot Point run deep, going back to before his graduation from Gee High School (Pilot Point).  He is a long-standing parishioner of St. Thomas Catholic Church in Pilot Point and has faithfully served as a representative of the Pilot Point Chamber of Commerce Board for the last 41 years.  Raymond has been an advocate and supporter of countless local events throughout the years, is passionate about seeing local businesses succeed, and is committed to Pilot Point and its neighboring communities.

    Shannon Fuller
    Pilot Point ISD

    Dr. Shannon Fuller serves as the proud superintendent of Pilot Point ISD.  She brings 30 years of experience in education, having served at the classroom, campus, and district levels. She began her career teaching in McKinney ISD and has held leadership roles in the Allen, San Antonio, and East Central school districts.

    She is passionate about creating equitable opportunities for all students and believes that education is the foundation for lifelong success.  Dr. Fuller also recognizes the vital role of business and community support, emphasizing the importance of collaboration with the school district to enrich student learning and strengthen the community as a whole.

    She holds a bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin University and master’s and doctoral degrees in education from Texas A&M University–Commerce.

    Tatiana Ambrosio
    Atra Logistics

    Tatiana is a partner for Atra Logistics which she owns with her husband while she does contract marketing. She has been a member of the Chamber since 2022.
    She has almost 20 years of experience in marketing. Her expertise is in brand strategy. Tatiana's marketing clients have included luxury retail brands and shopping centers throughout the United States and in Canada, municipalities, convention and visitor bureaus, hunting outfitters, luxury real estate developments, restaurants, and business-to-business products. She has been a part of award-winning teams having received multiple MAXI awards from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). 
    She has also been a Feature Writer for the Post-Signal for two years before stepping away to concentrate on Atra in 2022. She still contributes to the paper.
    In her role at Atra Logistics, she wears many hats providing human resources, accounting, and business management as many business owners must.
    Tatiana sits on the Pilot Point Mainstreet and Historic Preservation board and has served on the Pilot Point Library and Cultural Arts Board.
    For fun, you can find her exploring nature (usually on a bike) with her husband Andrew and their two children.

    Tracy Glover
    Illuminati Arabians

    Tracy Glover is a resident of Pilot Point and is an avid breeder of Arabian Horses for the performance and halter ring under the barn name, Illuminati Arabians. Tracy’s career spans over 3 decades of international executive search, sourcing debt and private equity, structuring venture capital for growth and liquidity events for mid-market companies across the US. In addition to her role with the Pilot Point Chamber of Commerce, Tracy is on the Board of Conquest Design & Development LLC, a commercial architectural, engineering and development services company - with a nationwide clientele in restaurants, entertainment venues, public spaces and equine facilities.
