City Charter and Governance Policy

On November 13, 2009, the City Council adopted Ordinance 069-07-2009 formally adopting the City Charter, which can be read in its entirety here.

On October 24, 2024, the City Council adopted a Governance Policy and Procedures outlining duties and responsibilities of Council, as well as meeting and agenda management. The policy can be read in its entirety here.
